What is the minimum order requirement?

For discs the minimum number of tracks is 5. There is no minimum length of minutes. This is the same for CDGs and DVDs.

For downloads the minimum number of tracks is 3. There are no maximum order guidelines and this is the same for MP3+G and MP4 orders.
